The third semester is allocated for industrial attachment which allows students to have a feel practical aspect of what they are studying. It helps them to acquire more knowledge. Those who run two semesters allow students to have an attachment during the long break which is not compulsory. Students choose to do it or not unlike UDS where it is compulsory.

    Also, the school and its location determines its cost. Most schools located in the Cities cost higher than those in the smaller cities.
    The least amount of fees one can pay in the cities wouldn’t be less than 250gh per term (for students between primary to JHS). In the smaller cities, fees may cost not more than 250gh– for children in the lower and upper primary. The cost of tertiary education may not be less than 1,000 gh per semester. Not including accommodation.
