    In United States of America, most of the top universities in USA required GRE score. They waived GRE scores only in cases of exceptional GPA, work experience, and some excellent undergraduate research projects.

    Those who have had at least a Bachelors degree and will want have their Masters or PHD or even some Professional courses in USA. It is a requirement for most schools to asses ones eligibility especially foreign students whose system of education does not match that in the United States.
