Depending on the location and how readily one needs his/her transcript, one can get his transcript ordered on his behalf by issuing a mandate letter addressing to the Dean of the Faculty and properly signed. With that, your transcript could be ordered on your behalf. Currently, there is no need to move to campus to request for your transcript or order someone to do that on your behalf.
