The email might probably be in your spam or junk mail folder or it could also be in a different mail folder you have created (or an automatically created one) for other unimportant emails. This can so happen because the email is an automated email response and hence can easily be signified as spam.Read more

This can so happen because the email is an automated email response and hence can easily be signified as spam. The best way to prevent this from happening is to add shadowmatch.com and shadowmatch.co.za as safe senders.
If after going through these, you still can find the email with your code, then you would need to contact support. Send an email to unisa@shadowmatch.com with your student number and email address.
