Waking up as early as 5:00am gets me prepared for the rest of hours ahead in the day. I am able to go over my plans for the day, have my prayers session, go to the gym and get prepared for work before 7:30 am. It has had a good impact on me.

So as there are many benefits of being awake , so are there many benefits of rising early in the morning at 5:00 am.
